At HORL, we want to ensure a fair and transparent return process for our customers. You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days, starting from the day you receive the item until the day you first contact us on a durable medium (such as a letter, fax, or email), without the need for justification.

Conditions for Returns:

The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item.

Receive a Return Label

If your request falls within the 14-day period, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Ship the Return

Use the provided return label to send the item back to us.

Refund Process – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund via the original payment method.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you choose to return the product on your own, we are not responsible for the return shipment or its cost. Additionally, if the product is sent back without prior contact with us or outside the 14-day return period, we are not obligated to issue a refund.

  • If you cancel, both parties must return any services or payments received.

  • You may have to pay for the value of services already provided before cancellation, but only if you were informed of this beforehand and agreed that the service could start before the cancellation period ended.

  • If you have to compensate for the service used, you might still need to pay for the time before cancellation.

  • Your right to cancel ends early if both parties fully fulfill the contract before you exercise your cancellation rights.

Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation declaration, for us with its receipt.
