How much is the shipping?
We ship your parcels free of charge within Germany, to France and to the Netherlands. The delivery costs for parcels to all other EU countries are 6.90 EUR.
For deliveries to Switzerland, shipping is free for orders over 150 CHF. For orders under 150 CHF, the shipping costs are 20 CHF.
For deliveries to UK, shipping is free for orders over 120 GBP. For orders under 120 GBP, the shipping costs are 20 GBP.
For deliveries to the United States of America, shipping information are available on our USA website: www.horl.com/us/en
For deliveries to other countries not listed in the order process, please contact our customer service by e-mail at info@horl.com.
Can I change an order after I have placed it?
If you would like to make changes to an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by email at info@horl.com or by phone at +49 (0) 761-888 723 00. If you have already received an email with your tracking number, we can unfortunately no longer change your order.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
For each order placed with HORL 1993 an invoice is issued immediately after the order is placed. This invoice will be sent to you automatically by email after the purchase process. To receive a copy of your invoice, please contact customer service by email at info@horl.com.
In order to protect the environment, your package contains only the ordered items and the delivery note. You will receive your invoice as a PDF document by email immediately after purchase.
How long does it take until I receive my package?
You can find the current delivery times on the product detail page of the respective item. You can track the delivery status of your order using the package number. You will find this number in the shipping confirmation email you received after your purchase. If you did not receive this email, please contact customer service by email at info@horl.com or by phone at +49 (0) 761-888 723 00.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an existing order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can reach the customer service from Monday to Friday at +49 (0) 761 888 723 00. If you have already received the email with the shipping confirmation, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. In this case, you can return your order together with the revocation form.
Can I have HORL ® products delivered outside the EU?
If the desired country of destination is not available in the shop, please contact our support team by email at info@horl.com. We will check whether delivery is possible.
Why was my payment by credit card or other payment method not accepted?
If a payment has not been accepted, this can have various reasons. In this case, please contact the respective payment provider directly. If none of the offered payment methods work, please contact us at info@horl.com or +49 (0) 761-888 723 00.
My address cannot be entered in the order process. What can I do?
If you need help entering your address in the order process, please send us an email to info@horl.com.
Can I order HORL ® products without VAT?
Orders without value added tax cannot be listed in our online shop. Please contact our customer support with a short mail to info@horl.com. Tell us your billing or delivery address, your VAT ID and your order request and we will take care of your request as soon as possible.
We cannot adjust the VAT on orders that have already been placed.
What do I have to consider if I have a deposit agreement with the shipping service provider in charge?
The shipment is considered to have been successfully delivered when the shipping service provider has successfully deposited the order at the agreed location. In this case, the buyer has no claim against HORL 1993 or the shipping service provider after the goods have been deposited. Please ensure that your order is received in person, as it cannot be resent.
